Why are you here?
You're here because something isn't quite right, correct?
You want help and I've got a program that might work for you.
So what next?
You need to ask yourself how important making this change is to you. It needs to be at least on the shortlist of your primary goals
Then?
Commit your time and money and sweat and tears to getting to where you want to be.
But I've done this stuff before!
No, you probably haven't done what I am going to ask you to do. You've probably bought into the big lie that your wellness is something you can buy. So you gave up your power and sub-contracted "specialists" to fix you. Or you bought all kinds of product that didn't do the trick either. You can't just buy wellness.
Why hasn't it worked?
Not really... that is really where the problems show up
The problem is here.
Can you accept that?
If so, keep pushing on. If you sign up for the program, I'm going to ask you to constantly reinforce new patterns of thought and action daily.
Much of what you think you know about nutrition and wellness is wrong. It sells product for the powers that be, but it isn't helping you.
We'll use books, podcasts, movies, magazines, and the internet to challenge what you think is true about wellness and nutrition. You'll be on a steady diet of re-education. Agree or disagree as the ideas come. But keep soaking it in. It will provide the space to make the big changes.
Then?
Well, actually we will have started the "hands on" process of developing new skills. My specialties all deal with wellness - food, yoga, and peace of mind (meditation).
First, we start with a survey (John Sarno only accepts people that are open to his ideas. He claims that is the reason his success rate is over 90%)
Survey
OK - I completed the survey. What next?
I will review what you sent and contact you. The goal is to set up a program for you that allows you to do most of the work. You'll value it more that way and it will save you a lot of money along the way.
Don't get me wrong. I'm happy to provide private lessons and work with you one on one. But you must take responsibility for your wellness. No one is going to do it for you.

One Step at a Time
Habits take time to establish. Bad habits may take time to break. Repetition is the key. Consistent success is essential to keeping the faith and your commitment strong. Make your desired daily outcomes SPECIFIC and MEASURABLE.
Make up systems to reinforce the good behaviors you want and create obstacles to the bad habits you've identified. Every day declare victory on the field of battle. Daily victories lead to winning the war. You will forget it was a battle after a while.
